Flood victims in Texas should not have to worry about essentials like diapers in the aftermath of such a horrid disaster. LoveLine, a project that is part of ProLove Ministries that helps pregnant women and mothers of infants with everything from food and clothes to rent and job searches, delivered 10 pallets of diapers and wipes to a pregnancy center in Kerrville, TX, on July 28, 2025 to assist victims of the recent floods.
LoveLine’s goal was initially to raise $20,000 to provide a month’s supply of diapers, wipes, and training pants for 400 families, but that goal was met within 72 hours of kickoff. Donations are put into a restricted account and will be used only for this project.
Sending Diapers to Kerrville
LoveLine, a ministry whose staff is mostly from Texas, spearheaded the diaper drive to purchase diapers at a discounted rate from EveryLife. Diapers will be purchased locally with leftover funds and delivered soon. Ten pallets of diapers and wipes were delivered this week to the Pregnancy Resource Center of Kerrville, TX.
“This disaster hits so close to home for me and for many of our staff in Texas and we wanted to be boots on the ground for families who lost everything,” said Abby Johnson, CEO and Founder of ProLove Ministries and And Then There Were None. “This drive is part of that effort. When donors provide funds for specific needs, they can be assured that our staff and volunteers will put their gifts to use, physically meeting the needs of women and their families. We are so appreciative of people who trust us to do what we say we are going to do and can’t wait to drop off as many diapers and wipes as is needed in Kerrville. This is heavy work – both emotionally and physically – but because of all the people who donate towards our goals, we are able to help others in big ways.”
Several staff from And Then There Were None and ProLove Ministries were on hand to haul the diapers to The Pregnancy Resource Center of Kerrville, Texas.
Donations will continue to be accepted for this project as long as there is need.
