On Monday, May 17, 2021, the Supreme Court of the United States agreed to hear arguments in a Mississippi abortion case. This case will directly challenge the precedent of Roe v. Wade. This will be the first major abortion case that all three of President Donald Trump’s SCOTUS appointees will be on; this includes October appointee, Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

The case being heard is Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, 19-1392. The term for this case will begin October 2021 and a decision is to be expected by June of 2022.

On May 27, at 6 PM CT And Then There Were None founder and former Planned Parenthood Director, Abby Johnson, Vice President of Operations, Brandy Meeks, and Outreach Coordinator, Kelly Lester, will be joined by Peter Breen from the Thomas More Society. Peter will be sharing what this case could mean for Pro-Life America and how this court case can change the ruling of Roe v. Wade. In addition, we will discuss what our response as pro-lifers and Christians should be in preparing for a Post-Roe America.
